The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

When I was in my tweens, my father made me see Clint Eastwood's movie,  The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.  I hated it, the close up shots, the same cigarillo in Eastwood's mouth.  Now, I enjoy the movie with fond remembrances of my emotions the first go around.  I have seen it countless of times and enjoy the bad music, the good close ups and the plain ugly men that star in it (exception Eastwood, who always looks better with a hat).
Yesterday I ate Mexican food.  I had a taco salad which was HUGE and although full of good salad fixins, I ate chips, guacamole, sour cream and one taste of queso.  Yummy!
The good thing is that I exercised for approximately 45 minutes yesterday, 30 minutes on the bike (a first) and weight lifted the other 15 minutes (sit-ups included).  The bad thing is that the weight that I lost seems to have reappeared.  I am hoping that this is due to the salt intake of the chips and eating out.  The ugly of it is my utter disgust with yo-yoing with my weight.  Feeling discouraged, but tomorrow is another day.  Went to the grocery store to buy salad thingys....drinking plenty of water and will exercise.  As my mother-in-law says "we will see".
